Return within 14 days
You have the right to refuse the product and return it within 14 days. The period starts from the day you receive the order.
Return conditions
For the product to be returnable:
• it must be unworn, unused and undamaged,
• in original condition,
• with all tags and packaging.
Non-returnable products
• Personalized products (customized according to customer request),
• Hygiene products,
• Underwear, swimwear
• Digital products.
Return costs
Return costs are covered by the customer.
We will refund within 7-10 business days after receiving and inspecting the product.
